Now all you need to do is selecting the size of your 3d printed figurines, place your order, and send us your photos. Once your order is placed your lifelike 3d figurine from these photographs will be printed by our advanced full-color 3D printer and delivered to your doorstep.
 
All we need is a clear, front-facing photo of the person you'd like to immortalize in 3D. For the most accurate results, providing additional photos taken from the sides at a 45-degree angle and one from the back is recommended.

Refund Policy
 
First and foremost, we at Shining-Star 3D value customer satisfaction as one of our main priority We work day and night to make our customers happy. We try our best to make sure that our products do not have to be returned.Our products are fully customized. We are in the space of personalization/customization and for which the item does not have a resale value. The return goods can't be resold. Hence all our custom products are strictly non-refundable according to the industry standard. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we re-evaluate customer's order on an individual basis and we may offer to redo the model for free based on the outcome of the first model.
 
We request our customer to be particular and specific and provide us with better quality photos while placing the order. First, for any reason, if the customer dislikes the end product, the customer should contact us first to see what can be done. Our policy lasts 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied with the product. And based on our evaluation, we may offer to redo the model with or without any additional cost.
 
If the item is broken during the shipping process, we will send you a new piece of the item.
