We only need a clear, front-facing photo of the person you'd like to immortalize in 3D. For the most accurate results, it is recommended that you provide additional photos taken from the sides at a 45-degree angle and one from the back.

First and foremost, we at Shining-Star 3D value customer satisfaction as one of our main priorities. We work day and night to make our customers happy. We try our best to make sure that our products do not have to be returned. Our products are fully customized. We are in the space of personalization/customization for which the item does not have a resale value. The returned goods can't be resold. Hence, all our custom products are strictly non-refundable according to industry standards. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we re-evaluate the customer's order individually, and we may offer to redo the model for free based on the outcome of the first model.

 

We request our customers to be particular and specific and provide us with better quality photos while placing the order. First, for any reason, if the customer dislikes the end product, the customer should contact us first to see what can be done. Our policy lasts 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied with the product. We may offer to redo the model with or without additional cost based on our evaluation. If the item is broken during the shipping process, we will send you a new piece of the item.
